Commissions & Ordering
How do I order a custom piece?
The easiest way is to message Hazy on WhatsApp or send an email. Describe what you have in mind — dimensions, timber preference, resin colour — and Hazy will get back to you with a quote and timeline.
How long does a commission take?
Lead times vary by complexity. Chopping boards and small gifts typically take 1–2 weeks. Furniture pieces like tables can take 4–8 weeks depending on the build queue and timber drying time. We'll confirm lead time when you enquire.
Do you offer design consultations?
Yes! Hazy is happy to discuss your project before you commit. Reach out via WhatsApp or email and we can set up a quick call or chat to talk through your vision.
Materials & Craft
What types of timber do you use?
We work primarily with Australian hardwoods — Blackwood, Red Gum, Spotted Gum, Jarrah, and more. We source from sustainable suppliers where possible. Have a specific timber in mind? Just ask.
Is the resin food-safe?
Yes — for chopping boards and serving pieces, we use food-safe epoxy resin and food-grade finishes. All products are sealed and finished to the appropriate standard for their use.
Can I choose the resin colour?
Absolutely. We can match most colours and create custom blends — ocean blues, forest greens, metallics, and more. Share your inspo pics and we'll make it happen.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver throughout Sydney and can arrange freight for larger pieces across Australia. Delivery costs are quoted per job based on size and location.
Can I pick up from your workshop?
Yes, pickup from our Sydney workshop is welcome. We'll arrange a time that works for both of us at time of completion.
